Let me start by saying that I have found this brand to provide great arch support. I have very flat feet, so shoes without good arch support end up giving me issues. These are very comfortable, and stay comfortable over time.I have been wearing Vionic for about 3 1/2 years now, and have had no issues. They are well made and wear well. My only issue, and reason for the four stars is their sizing. I have many pairs, but the fit varies quite a bit from style to style. Since I buy these online, it is somewhat difficult to know what size I actually need. I normally wear a size 10 1/2. WIth this brand, 10 1/2 does not fit. I have sneakers that are size 11, 11 1/2 and 12, and the fit is the same on all. The trick that seems to work for me is that if I'm buying a new style, I'll order an 11 1/2. If it's too big I'll exchange it for an 11, it it's too small, I'll exchange it for a 12. It's an inconvenience, but it works. If I'm buying the same style again, then I already know what size to get. If their sizing was consistent, then I would give it five stars, otherwise, no complaints.Be aware that with this particular style, the inside is tan leather. The color comes off and DOES NOT come out when washed. If you wear white socks they will be permanently tan.
