I usually wear 9.5 and ordered 9.5 M. This is my first pair of Vionics. I've had lower back, hip, knee issues and was looking for good support. One of my feet is almost flat due to fallen arches, the other has tendonitis in the top of the foot and is a tiny bit bigger on the top. I was very concerned about the shoe pinching that foot and causing pain. BUT! pleasantly surprised after the first day of wearing all day long. I'm a traveling teacher so I'm on my feet all day. These shoes were great the first day! They seemed snug at first, but really, they fit just right. I'm so used to shoes being loose or tight in places. these were snug, but really offered support super well. No pinching, and the footbed supports every part of your foot. My feet were not as tired at the end of the day. Today, I will be wearing them in a parade. I will update in a few months. Also, there is NO room for a sock. If you need to wear socks, I'd order a half size larger or maybe a wide width.
