I have Plantar Fasciitis and have to always be wearing my orthotics. I really miss wearing cute dress shoes. I hate getting dressed up to go somewhere and then have to wear clunky old lady shoes just so I'm not in pain the whole night. I have a wide toe box but a narrow heel. I wear a size 8.5 in most shoes. I really loved the brown color of these shoes and ordered them in the size 8 as the 8.5 was sold out. After wearing them to work right out of the box, I fell in love. Zero sore spots or rubs (Mind you, it's still a tall heel so there's typical muscle soreness in ankles and calves as I always wear flats). I now own the brown and the snake print in the 8 and 8.5, respectively. I adore them! I had no issues with a stretched out cage as many of the other reviews stated. They fit like a slip on sandal would. The cage holds the shoe to your foot but it doesn't squeeze the dickens out of it. I'm not usually coordinated enough to wear a shoe like this but I can't wait to wear these to an upcoming wedding! Look out dance floor, here I come!
