They were wrong size but it was my fault I ordered the wrong size Have reorder right size 7It’s pretty and provides arch support and heel support. However, I was swiping a spill and the soles do not grip, nearly slipped on my wet tile. I will now know not to wear as pool sandals (or in the rain). Otherwise very comfortable and I’m looking at other vionic shoes that can provide the support I need.These were gorgeous! However they don't have the same fit as a typical Vionics. They come up pretty far in the instep and mine was just way to high to fit them. I had to send them back although I wanted to keep them, they just would work with my very high instep.I was hoping these had a footbed like another pair of vionic flip flops I own, just thicker sole. But this is a much more stiff material, not the soft spongy one.The Vionic Naples is a supportive sandal and nice looking too. Vionic is the only shoe or sandal that my feet don't get tired in. I own atleast 15 pair.Very pleased to receive this high arch, supportive shoe. Thank you Amazon for the choice.Slightly looser than I expectedI am very upset because these shoes are not cheap but each shoe strap is tearing apart inside and now I have no recourse ; I will add fact that shoes have not been worn very much
